The annual Sandhurst Town Boys & Girls FC (STBGFC) summer 5 & 7-a-side football tournament will be taking place over the weekend of Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th May 2019.
STBGFC are now taking entries and applications will be processed on a “first come, first served” basis. The closing date for applications will be Friday 29th March 2019.
For the 6th year running, STBGFC will be dedicating an entire day, on separate pitches, to host a ‘girls only tournament’ on Sunday 12th May!
The 7-a-side tournament will be open to boys and girls teams in the age groups U9 & U10 inclusive (mixed sex teams welcome), and girls only teams in the age groups U11 & U12.
Entry Fee: £44 per team (£39 if payment received before Thursday February 28th). Maximum squad size 10.
The 5-a-side tournament will be open to boys and girls teams in the age groups U7 & U8 (mixed sex teams welcome), and U11 through to U18 inclusive, and girls only teams in the age groups U13, U14, U15 & U16.
Entry Fee: £44 per team (£39 if payment received before Thursday February 28th). Maximum squad size 8.

Places can be requested via email, but a cheque (made payable to STBGFC) must be sent to the appropriate address above, or a payment made online, to reserve a place, and to allow for the application to be processed and your entry confirmed. Confirmation that an entry has been received will only be issued, via e-mail, once both the entry form and cheque have been received. Previous tournaments were over-subscribed so it is advisable to send in your application and payment as soon as possible. Please ensure your entry form is legible.
As in recent years, so that you will play as many new clubs / teams as possible, we endeavour to place teams from different leagues / divisions in each group.
If numbers are sufficient, we will hold two competitions per age group, or will run ‘Champions League’ & ‘Europa League’ competitions.

Start times and rules of the tournament will be provided following acceptance of your entry, but please note that our annual competitions start at 8:30am and finish at 6:30pm on each day and that your age group may have an early start, or a late finish.
