Club HistoryClub was founded in 2001 by ex Wimbledon FC professional footballer Ian Hazel & current Head of Coaching Pete Phillips. The club has grown from that one team and now has 20 teams across most age junior age groups and a newly created mens vets team for season 2021/22. In 2018 a group of mums set up a ladies section which has grown to 35 ladies aged from 16 to 52 years. As well as many playing in many friendlies & tournaments throughout Surrey & Sussex they play recreational football in the Surrey FA Women’s Recreational League.  We currently are running a girls soccer school for Years 1 & 2 so that we can further develop girls football in the local area. In 2020 we were honoured to be awarded FA Charter Standard

Club PhilosophyWe believe every player should feel valued and benefit from what Kingswood TFC as a football club can offer, such as teamwork, friendships, resilience and a coaching philosophy that helps to reinforce our core values of being, respectful, courageous, adaptable, tenacious, compassionate and honest within the game of football at both training and on match days. Our approach is to create a positive and fun environment for all our players. We aim to help our players make the most of their talents, to develop their confidence and to give them the skills they need to enjoy the game of football. We will endeavour to do this in a fun yet structured way. We will support all the players, identifying individual needs, giving individual challenges, yet allowing everyone the opportunity to learn. We will remain enthusiastic at all times, using match play games whenever possible during our training practices
