Important Dates for you to Remember!

Please note that the fee for registering a player at the U12-U18 age groups will increase on 1st August from £3 to £7 per player. Registrations at the U8-U11 age groups will remain free throughout the season.

Any partially completed team submissions (missing photos, signatures etc.) received shortly before that date will incur the full £7 fee for all the players submitted (unless those missing elements are sent in before the deadline). For example, if you submit a team of 10 players and there are 2 missing photos, you will be invoiced for £70. Therefore, it is in your best interests to submit a perfectly correct folder of some of your players rather than a mismatch of all of them. In cases where you have printed off the form with players on it that are missing signatures/photos, please put a line through their details such that it is clear you are not requesting their registration at that time. Please also ensure those players’ details are removed from the Excel form, but be careful not to alter the “Player No.” of each player. For example, if Player 7 on the form is removed, then do NOT then move players 8, 9, 10 etc. up in the order. To avoid confusion it is important that the player’s numbers on both forms, and photos all match.

All teams should have the minimum number of players registered to their team 21 days before the start of the season (9th September). That means by the 19th August your teams should have at least the following number of players registered:

5v5U8 & U95
7v7U10 & U117
9v9U12 & U139
Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine

Collection Evening will take place on 30th August at Imber Court between 18.30 and 20.00
