2020-2021 Registration Process

The Registration Process is changing slightly for the 2020-2021 Season ONLY.  There will be a simplified process for existing players, however new players will need to be registered as per last season’s procedure please.

Existing Players Process 

  • Club Secretary logs into Prawn Sandwich
  • Click on the “Players” tab
  • Click on “Free Agents” where you will be presented with a list of all of the players that were registered with your Club during the 2019-2020 Season
  • If a Player is listed that no longer plays for your Club, please click on the “Release” button to ensure the system is correct
  • For each Player you want to register for the 2020-2021 Season, please click on the Player’s name and then click on “Edit”
  • You will notice that for the 2020-2021 Season (only) the Player’s photo and parental consent email address has been pre-populated from the 2019-2020 Season. Please amend the parental consent email address, if this has changed
  • Please assign the Player to the correct team for the 2020-2021 Season
  • Now please click on “Request Parental Permission”
  • Finally, please click on “Request Registration”

New Players Process

Registrations for the 2020-2021 Season will be as follows:

U8-U9 (all Season)


U10-U18 (until 30/6)


U10-U18 (1/7 to 13/8)

£1.00 per Player

U10-U18 (14/8 to 13/9)

£6.00 per Player

U10-U18 (14/9 onwards)

£3.00 per Player

Invoices for Player Registrations will be issued at regular intervals throughout the season.  Clubs will only be invoiced for players that are registered on the first day of the 2020-2021 Season.
